These Series 90-30 modules provide traditional analog inputs designed for 4-20mA (current) or +/-10V (voltage) signals. What sets these modules apart from other similar products is their high degree of isolation, channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground.

Four and eight channel versions are offered. The four channel module is available for either current or voltage. 14-bit resolution is standard but a 16-bit module, the ADC816 is offered as well.

These modules convert the voltage or current input signals into digital values, which are placed directly into the %AI table of the PLC CPU. Each channel has a programmable setpoint, the level of which is set in the PLC program via four %AQ output registers. If the analog input value reaches or exceeds the setpoint, a corresponding digital input %I is energized. The available variety of modules ensures selection of the appropriate features and proper isolation for your application at the lowest possible cost.
