New SmartMod I/O
Our newest OCS I/O option, SmartMod I/O, is now available to expand your OCS system. It’s a great choice for expanding next generation OCS when you need one, two or a few more digital or analog I/O. Because SmartMod I/O are so compact, they will fit in the smallest spaces.


•Connects via RS-485 Modbus/RTU to an XLt, XLe, QX, LX or NX Operator Control Station or any other OCS/RCS family controller
• A total of 31 SmartMod I/O modules may be daisy chained on a single RS-485 link
•DIN rail mountable
•Optical Isolation
•Response time suitable for most analog applications
•Cost effective: add analog in for $35/pt; analog out for $75/pt.
•Fits in the smallest panels: 0.69” x 3.94” x 4.72”

New Next Generation FOX I/O Bases...the HE-FOX30 and HE-FOX12
The SmartStack Fiber Optic Expansion (FOX) Base extends a high-speed OCS backplane enabling SmartStack I/O Modules to be mounted several meters from the OCS.  The new FOX significantly increases the number of SmartStack I/O modules supported by one OCS Series controller, provides two mounting options and supports glass fiber optic cable. 

Our newly designed, plastic encased FOX base can be DIN rail mounted on its edge or flat. The new HE-FOX12 expansion base allows connectivity up to 500 meters utilizing glass fiber cables.

HE-FOX30
•Easily accommodate up to five I/O bases in a variety of configurations
•Each FOX30 base can contain up to four plastic SmartStack™ modules

New Signal Converters for XLe and XLt
Our new signal conditioners allow you to expand the XLt, XLe (or any OCS) to more applications. These devices are designed to transform XLe controller I/O to support alternate signal types and voltages such as AC In and AC Out.
